Nayna began her career in a quality control lab and has learned regulatory requirements ground-up. She is very well-versed in latest regulatory requirements and has hand-on experience for highly complex dosage forms. She is a transformational leader and an excellent mentor.

She has lead and mentored highly skilled team for more than 145 drug products regulatory filing and approvals comprises of NCE-1, First To File, Complex Generics of various Dosage forms like Tablets, Capsules, Injectables, pen and auto-injectors, Peptides and other complex APIs, Ophthalmic suspensions, Suspension, Solutions, Nasal & Inhalation products and Drug-Device combination products. She is an Alumni of IIM-A (Indian Institute Management – Ahmedabad) and Gujarat University.
